With your Citibank Credit Card you are entitled to Purchase Protection, which provides coverage for most items you purchase with your eligible Citibank Credit Card if the item is damaged or stolen within 90 days of the date of purchase. The item will either be replaced with a new one, or you will be reimbursed for the full value of the item as per the store receipt. With your Citi Ultima Mastercard® Credit Card shop with more confidence – Purchase Protection covers purchases made with your Citi Ultima Mastercard Credit Card if they are damaged or stolen within 90 days of purchase. You’re covered for up to USD 2,000 per claim and a maximum of USD 5,000 over a 12-month period. The item will either be replaced with a brand new one, or you will be reimbursed for the full value of the item as per the store receipt
Written notice of claim must be given no later than thirty (30) days from the date of the incident. Failure to give notice within (30) days from the date of the incident may result in a denial of the claim.

Missing the minimum payment due in any month and/or non-adherence to the bank’s Terms and Conditions may subject you to negative consequences and limit your ability to access further financing in the future, including but not limited to, late fee charges, a negative impact on your credit bureau rating, your card account going into arrears and/or collections measures which may include legal action and/or trigger all monies becoming due immediately.
