How to transfer your ThankYou® Points to our airline and hotel partners
- Login to Citi Mobile® App
- Select your Credit Card
- Click View Rewards
- Click on ‘Points Transfer’ option
- Pick the loyalty program where you want to redeem rewards
- Select the miles that you would like to convert using the slider provided
- On the next page, enter your membership number for the loyalty program and click ‘Transfer Now’
- On the confirmation screen, you will see additional information on when miles will be transferred to your account
You will receive an email stating the details of your redemption request. It may take up to 14 working days to see the points reflect in your partner loyalty account.
