  4. Click on ‘Points Transfer’ option
  5. Pick the loyalty program where you want to redeem rewards
  6. Select the miles that you would like to convert using the slider provided
  7. On the next page, enter your membership number for the loyalty program and click ‘Transfer Now’
  8. On the confirmation screen, you will see additional information on when miles will be transferred to your account

You will receive an email stating the details of your redemption request. It may take up to 14 working days to see the points reflect in your partner loyalty account.

A 'Pay with Points' SMS* will be sent to your mobile phone number registered with Citi with a link for you to redeem.

A confirmation page will be displayed once the redemption is successful. The redemption will be reflected in your next card statement.

*If eligible, a Pay with Points SMS may be sent to your registered mobile number with Citibank. Please ensure to promptly update your registered mobile number if it changes.
