All you need to do to enjoy a complimentary Marhaba Silver Meet & Greet service is book at least 48 hours ahead of arrival/departure, by calling the Citi Prestige Concierge Service through +971 4 311 4653. Late bookings can be made directly through the Marhaba call centre or sales office at the cardholder's expense. Additional charges apply for late bookings (less than 10 hours) at Dubai International Airport. Key Services on Arrival:

Marhaba services will be waiting to meet you as soon as you arrive at the terminal, making this an ideal package for first-time travelers and those with special needs. In a small group of no more than three travelers, you'll be fast-tracked through airport formalities. Then you'll be taken to the arrivals area to meet family and friends or make your own way onwards from the airport.

Key Services on Departure:

Marhaba services will meet you as soon as you pull up outside the airport and fast-track you through all the airport formalities in a small group of no more than three travellers. There are Marhaba Meeting Lounges near the check-in areas at Dubai International Airport Terminal 1 and Emirates Terminal 3. You can relax, read and enjoy light refreshments before Marhaba escorts you through the airport.

Meet & Greet Terms and Conditions

• Marhaba Silver Meet & Greet service is offered on a complimentary basis to primary cardmembers only.
• Cardmembers are eligible for two complimentary bookings valid for one person per calendar year.
• Marhaba Silver meet & greet: For every extra passenger traveling with you, you will be required to pay AED 145 for DXB Terminal 1 & 3, you will be required to pay AED 105 and from Terminal 2 & DWC for arrival or departure.
• Every request raised for Marhaba bookings on cards, should be complete with the following information:
  • Passenger Name
  • Flight Details
  • Arrival/ Departure Terminal at Dubai International airport
  • Number of people for which Marhaba service is required under the booking
  • Marhaba booking reference number (i.e. M2702895)
