How the Citi Ready Credit Card Works?
New Ready Credit Application
- Click here to start the application journey for Citi Ready Credit. Fill in the details for the loan including desired loan amount within your credit limit as displayed along with the tenor for repayment.
- Once approved your loan amount will instantly be deposited into your desired account within UAE, no need to wait for the physical card receipt and application.
- The loan amount that you request will be blocked from your existing Credit Card limit and each instalment payment will release the corresponding amount of your credit limit blocked against this loan.
- Monthly instalments shall be due for payment & will appear in your next Credit Card statement after availing of the loan amount.
- The instalments from the Instalment Payment Plan are billed to the Ready Credit Card account monthly similar to a normal retail purchase and are subject to usual Finance charges (fees or APR interest rate) if you pay/ had paid less than the minimum amount due indicated on your current or previous monthly statements of account on or before the payment due date.
Book subsequent cash loans through Citibank Online
Once your card is approved you can book as many loans as your credit limit allows through Citibank Online.
- Book your loan on card through Citibank Online, and your loan amount will be deposited into your Citibank Current or Checking Account instantly.
- You can also choose to transfer the amount to a non-Citibank Local Currency account in the U.A.E. Simply click on the Payments and Transfers tab, set up the account as a payee, and when booking your loan, select the account as the destination account. The loan amount will be credited to your non-Citibank account by the next working day.

- Age: 21 years old or above
- Minimum monthly income of AED 8,000
- Required documents: valid Emirates ID, Passport and valid UAE Visa copy.
- Important Information: both Salary account IBAN number and Passport number will be needed during the application
Missing the minimum payment due in any month and/or non-adherence to the bank’s Terms and Conditions may subject you to negative consequences and limit your ability to access further financing in the future, including but not limited to, late fee charges, a negative impact on your credit bureau rating, your card account going into arrears and/or collections measures which may include legal action and/or trigger all monies becoming due immediately.
