In order to ensure the Customer’s secure access to the Citi Mobile app, Citibank may remotely scan the mobile device for potential malware and other technical and system vulnerabilities. Citibank may restrict access to the Citi Mobile app if such remote scanning detects any signs of potential malware. The Customer will be held responsible for using a mobile device that shows signs of potential malware infection.
You shall have the right to withdraw your consent for the following at any time by contacting Citiphone Banking at +9714 3114 000:
a. The processing of Information by us except where the Information is required for business operations related to products and services requested by you; and
b. Information sharing with authorized agents and other third parties for purposes such as but not limited to sales and marketing.
From time to time, we may change this Privacy Policy. The effective date of this policy, as stated below, indicates the last time this policy was revised or materially changed. How UAE Citi Mobile App uses your data:
The Citi Mobile App only requests and leverages data that is solely needed to access your Citibank Online login via the app. Any Android features used by the app (Face ID®, Touch ID®, Push notifications, enhanced security) are secured against your Citibank online login based on your permission & authentication.

How UAE Citi Mobile App features can be discontinued:
All the UAE Citi Mobile App feature enrollments can only be enabled on a single device at any given time for your security. These settings are automatically transferred to the new device, when you install & authenticate yourself on UAE Citi Mobile App on new device. To discontinue usage of the app, you can uninstall the app and continue accessing Citibank Online via our website.

Citibank Online Application Systems may use cookies that are used to enable or facilitate fraud monitoring. No session data or PII data is stored in the cookies used by Citibank Online Application Systems.
Citibank users can opt for Online Banking Service. Users can select the option to “Remember by User ID” in the login page during the login process. The cookies will then store the UserID in your system to facilitate your login process in future sessions. This option is not enabled by default and must be explicitly enabled by the user.
