Get complimentary monthly Valet Parking services at select Valtrans locations with your eligible Citi Credit Card.

CITI ULTIMA MASTERCARD

Your Citi Ultima MasterCard brings you 2 complimentary Valet Parking visits at select Valtrans locations every month.

Step 1: Check list of locations here.
Step 2: When visiting the applicable location inform the staff that you will be availing the complimentary Citibank service.
Step 3: You will be provided a barcode when you leave your car which you need to return at the end of your visit.
Step 4: When you go to have your car returned you will need to provide your Citi Bank Card where the information will be captured and your visit will be processed as complimentary.

All complimentary visits are on standard Valet Parking services only.
The offer is applicable for both primary and supplementary cardholders.
A maximum of 2 complimentary visits per calendar month are allowed across both primary and supplementary cardholders.
If the combined visits (primary + supplementary) exceed 2 in a calendar month or if you use a non-standard service, your Citi card account will be debited for the excess charges.
Excess charges will be debited from your Citi card account in the subsequent 90 days at the rate paid by the bank to the service provider.
Locations may be discontinued without notice by the service provider.
It is the cardholder’s responsibility to keep track of the number of visits utilized in a month and to check with the valet parking attendant if a location is eligible for Citibank complimentary service before using the service.
The list of eligible locations on Citibank website is only valid if the service provider is still operating at those locations at the time the cardholder attempts to use the service.
Not following the above instructions will result in non-refundable charges.
