- For airlines not supporting home check-in, baggage will be collected, but you must approach the Marhaba desk at the airport to pick up your baggage before proceeding for check in
- Any excess charges for additional bags or services, such as fast-track, will be billed to your Citi Ultima Credit Card
- Any applicable charges resulting from cancellations, alterations or no show, will be billed to your Citi Ultima Credit Card

3rd Night Stay
- Enjoy a complimentary 3rd night when you book a minimum of 3 consecutive nights at any eligible hotel worldwide
- To qualify, you must be the primary cardholder and:
- Book the stay though Citi Ultima Concierge at 971-4-311-4653
- Be the booking, staying and paying guest on the reservation
- Pay upfront in full for all consecutive nights at the time of booking with your Citi Ultima Credit Card
- Your Citi Ultima Credit Card must be valid and in good standing
- You will receive a statement credit on your Citi Ultima Credit Card based on the average nightly rate of the first three-night stay
- The statement credit will be processed within two billing cycles following the month in which the hotel stay was completed

Unlimited Complimentary Prestige 4th Night Free Hotel Stays
Extend your stay with a complimentary night at any hotel of your choice when you book a minimum of 4 consecutive nights. There’s no limit to the number of times you can use this benefit, so go ahead and stay a little bit longer. To receive your complimentary night (via a statement credit) you must:
- Make a reservation through the Citi Prestige Concierge.
- Fully pay for your stay with your Citi Prestige Credit Card.
- Make a reservation for a minimum, consecutive four-night stay by contacting the Citi Prestige Concierge
- A stay is consecutive nights booked and stayed on one reservation and does not include back-to back stays. Back-to back stays are stays at the same hotel booked on two reservations.
- The statement credit process will be initiated after payment and completion of the hotel stay.
